• The brief for project planning
• Introduction to UX Research

Design Thinking Methodology

• Design Thinking models.
• The Double Diamond model.
• Phases: Research, Analysis, Ideation and Implementation.

UX Research Design

• Design Research Plan.
• Approach of the Research Questions.
• Benchmark and competition analysis. SWOT.
• Competitive, internal and functional analysis. Phases.
• Ethnography and field work.
• Techniques: safari, shadowing, interviews, etc.
• Fundamental concepts in interviews and questionnaires.

User Experience Analysis

• Analysis, synthesis and identification of patterns.
• Main techniques: affinity map, clustering, etc.
• Detection or extraction of insights and findings.
